Participation in Aikido classes is open to adult (age 18 or older) men and women. Younger teenagers may participate on a trail basis only with permission of instructor.


Classes will meet year-round, except when the CSJCC is closed. Class instructor, Mike Pollak, has taught Aikido in Tulsa for over 25 years. Contact Mike at 748.8990.
