Participation in Aikido classes is open to adult (age 18 or older) men and women. Younger teenagers may participate on a trail basis only with permission of instructor.


Classes will meet year-round, except when the CSJCC is closed. Class instructor, Mike Pollak, has taught Aikido in Tulsa for over 16 years. Contact Mike at 748.8990.

Sunday:                 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  (all levels)

Mon / Fri:             6:45 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.   (basic)

Tues / Thurs:    7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.   (intermediate)
