Teen Cross Training

This class will run during the school year from 4-5pm on Monday & Wednesdays.  Particpants will work with a certifed personal trainer on cardio equipment, on the track, with hand weights, & using their own body weight.  It is hoped that the participants will develop lifelong habits and have fun getting in shape.  Health and nutrition concepts will be covered as well.

For boys and girls ages 14-18, minimum enrollment required, max. 8 participants.
