Would you like to learn ways to improve your balance? Join us for an eight-week, cumulative series to be held on Wednesdays beginning September 6 and ending October 25. All sessions will be from 10 – 11 am. Class size for the series will be limited to 12 participants.
CSJCC instructors Laura and Hannah will talk about ways to improve balance, specific exercises for all levels of ability to increase strength and balance, environmental hazards, and more. The program is geared toward anyone concerned about falls; anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength; anyone who has fallen in the past, and anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns. Because each class will build upon the previous one, it is extremely important that participants attend all sessions. Participants will exercise during class.
