The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is looking for participants in a research study. They are testing an intervention to help people with limitations in daily activity better manage their chronic health conditions. Participants must be above the age of 55, have at least two chronic conditions, have limitations for activities (fatigue, difficulty seeing, walking, etc.), want to become more active, and live within 15 miles of the OU-Tulsa campus.
